We, the people, have given our country to scandulous, self-absorbed and self-serving politicians.
We, as a whole, do not hold these elected officials accountable for thier actions.
About 55% of US citizens are registered voters
Of that 55%, only about 50% vote on a regular basis.
That means that only 25-28% of actually carry out our right and our duty to this country by voting regularly.
Of that 28%, how many of us take the time to write to our elected officials about our concerns? God only knows, but probably < 1%
Politicians have taken control of OUR country
Insurance companies have taken control of OUR health care
Middel eastern countries HAVE control of OUR energy costs
The media has control of OUR thinking
WAKE UP AMERICA, before it's too late!

I would suggest that Americans should try very hard not to be scared. Bush has gotten away with a lot because Americans are scared.
