It is illogical to assume that their physical attributes will help their judgement, isn't it?

Oh My God people!!! It always makes me chuckle when i see people answer these sorts of questions seriously!!!

It just shows that the system is working. Sometimes, people can not agree.

I've been on a few juries. It can be difficult for each member to see things the same way. However, that's good. Means that people aren't being convicted unfairly.

In that case, the lawyers have to go back and work the case over again. Bring more facts into it, which may make a difference.

Because the size of the jury member matters.

Often times you find potential jurors who aren't as educated as you would prefer. They fail to see certain facts or use good common sense or judgement when coming to a conclusion about a circumstance.

There are a miriad of other reasons but suffice it to say that it still remains the best judicial system around!

Statistically it is inevitable that some members of a jury will be lengthy members.

It is impossible to get 12 people to agree on anything...

Depth or size perception among them.
