You could always dress warmly and go for a quick walk, It is cold as hell here too, I always take a 10 minute walk at work to clear my head, go back to the lunchroom or my desk and eat. Surf the Internet and just generally slack off for the other 50 minutes.

Try making your lunch at home and bringing it with you. If you need to get out, take a walk on your lunch hour and allow enough time to eat when you get back.

is there a library nearby? Or perhaps one of your coworkers has a car and y ou can go to the local gym together? Or at least go to a spare office and have your lunch so you are not tied to your desk. Good luck

So, what is your question? What should you do with your lunch hour? Maybe you could pack your lunch or give money to a person that leaves for lunch and have them pick you up something.
