its not just about a having a penis or even sex. orgasm can be archieved in many ways, through masturbation, i.e. you doing it or your partner. secondly you should find out what gives you an orgasm and let your partner know. be open & honest. experiment with yourself and partner. do not feel ashamed and try not to be embarrased when your with your partner. also be with someone understanding who is interested in how to give you an orgasm. it seems to me alot of people think just stick a penis up there and there you go. some women archieve it through touch not neccessarily through penetration

Hi Kelly, I think self discovery is probably the key to an orgasm, for most ladies its pretty hardwork, as someone stated above get yourself a vibrator, maybe from bedroompleasures.co.uk, or anne summers. I don't know where there is an online tutorial, but it has taken me till this year and i am 35 years old to discover where my orgasm butten is, and its around a third to halfway in, towards the front of the vagina, there are different vibrators for different feelings, (bet men are gonna get off on this message LOL) but hey ho its to help you! Anyway back to vibrators, you need to go through a few vibrators and experiment with yourself, see what you like best. Get yourself down to Ann Summers and buy a vibrator. Seriously, it'll get you started. Kim Cattrell's book on this subject can be summed up as 'Go on top, you've got more control'.
Remember that for women it all starts in the mind. Make sure it's with the right person, you feel comfortable with him, and he takes lots of time with foreplay. It'll be a better experience for him, too.

ohh. I've never heard of a step by step guide for having an orgasm. I do know that some women can only orgasm through stimulating the clitoris and not actual penetration. But keep trying different techniques, sexual positions, oral sex or masturbate.

your not the only one I use to have that problem. Look what you want to do is not rush into things get in the mood first do some for play then take turns doing the work although I dont think he would mind letting you do it all. Try different moves till you find the one thats right for you trust me youll find it. " this one really works for me standing up while his carring me its tireing for them so dont stay up there to long.

yeah i agree with the guy that said that type of thing is an "on the job training". u can read up on all the information they have about this but none of them can really teach u, u need to learn as u go.
