Recently after 15 yrs I found my bio dad and sent him a letter...he replied back and said he wanted to get to know me.....but he doesn't try to talk to me....what should I do to change this?

maybe he is waiting on u to call him first. reach out to him, and see where it goes.

You should just wait for him and if he doesn't do anything consider yourself lucky. A man who wants to be a dad would follow through.It may hurt but if you try to force this the disappointment will hurt worse.

Nothing. He's your dad. It's time for him to act like a responsible adult and try to fix things with you, his son. If he doesn't, let him be. He's wasn't a parent back then and he's not going to be one now.

Have you tried contacting him? Its got to be hard on him also! I dont know the whole situation but if he didn't know you existed he may have another family that he has to think about also!
