I usually keep walking. But my daughter would pick it up. She actually has a seperate piggy bank for what she calls "finding money." Whenever it gets full (about once every 3 months), we go to the bank and trade in the coins. She's walked out of there with everything between $25.00 and $60.00. She uses that for fun spending money. She saves all the money she earns (allowance, report cards, gifts, etc.) It's a great idea.

I kick it aside
I no longer pick them up for good luck
I was told by several AIDs patients they put their saliva and blood on them and leave them where people and children can find them hoping they infect others
so now i leave them alone
