may not be hygiene, but a medical condition. I have a friend who is maticulous about hygeine, showers several times a day, but still has a fowl odor. She has to get some kind of medical treatment for her bladder that causes her to smell like garlicy corn........she is a gem, but hard to be around

I worked in a grocery store for 5 years and I've encountered people who smelled like "ack". I think their sense of smell stops working after a while. One guy always smelled of cat pee.
