I was reading about ethical models like the Kantian Categorial and Post-Modernism and stuff like that. Do you think that there is a set of rules or guideline that if we all follow will let the society progress (enviroment too!) infinitly?

It sounds simple, but I don't think it would ever work.

there will ALWAYS be a person or group that wants to have more than another group. Human nature has a greedy side and when everyone is the same......some will want to be above them.

The reasons change: religion, land ownership, money. But it all leads to someone wanting to be top dog. Power is too strong a force within humans.

You might get many answers of various forms. They all will take you into many different rhelms of existance, and none will satisfiy you. Try the 10 commandments. Every part of life has rules and all those human rules either fit them. The ones who advise the rules do not fit the commandments are rejecting them because of human thinking. Man is greater than God? We will see won't we?

The only way is to follow God's word and let him change you and develop you. That is if you want true progression and want to be the absolute BEST you can be.

No. But those who do not follow are marginalized and the machine moves forward regardless.
