Why does my 95' mit. mirage cut off if the motor is not rev?

I have installed new air filters, spark splugs, wires and air intake mud.

what do you mean the motor i not rev? please explain a little better

check for vacuum leak,dirty throttlebody,idle speed control valve fill with carbon deposit.
