Wow, money's not a problem? You must be very rich.
Prodrive in England prepares all Subaru WRC cars. You could not of course drive such a car on the street. Here is the web page that explains prodrives services:

These cars require constant maintenance, the engine is generally good for 2 or 3 events and suspension parts need to be replaced after each rally (sometimes even before the rally is over). If you just want to buy the car to have it, but not to use it you'll have to go through prodrive anyway. I believe they actually sell the cars that get driven in the WRC events after two rallys, since money's no object I won't speculate on the cost of one of those, but again prodrive is the place to go if you want to purchase one.

well they did just come out with a "wrc model" that isnt the same as the actual cars they drive on the circuit. the actual WRC cars would cost you prob 2 million to reproduce.

all of these people are right. it costs a hell of a lot of money to get one. now u can get an sti for i think $35,000
