This usually never happens since a snake will not begin eating its prey until the prey is dead (usually by crushing or poison). At some point during an encounter a snake will come out on top and will then being to eat its prey. On rare occassions the prey will not be quite "dead" and will attempt to resist (perhaps by eating its attacker). In this case, the attacker will eat faster (since it started first) and stop eating and drag the lifeless carcass around for a while until it rots off (or causes the original attacker to die).

The snaked that gets his mouth around the other snake first. Since snake swallow their prey whole you will just have on snake with a snake shaped lump inside it.
