I would move on. I wouldn't think anything of it. Some people may have there limit for friends and are unable to accept anymore.

Personally, I haven't asked someone to be my friend on yahoo.
If I did and they didn't accept, I would just think the loss was theirs. They clearly don't know and couldn't possibly know how terrific I am...so don't take it personally.

I wouldn't worry about it. Move on. They are the one who loses out on having another friend. And who doesn't want all the friends they can get?

If it is a person that I know personally, I would be arngry and somewhat confused. If it wasn't a person that I knew, then I would understand that they didn't want to talk to an unfamiliar person.
