Don't let life pass you by -- to make a long story short. Be aware of what's going on in your world and live your life to the fullest, do not wait for life to happen to you, make your life happen.
The bridge:

Meaning we are so distracted by material things and trivial things we don't notice that the world is collapsing underneath us until its too late. We are complacent with all of our "stuff" and the real issues get obscured so we do not notice them.
Also there are messages of loving each other and ourselves "before its made illegal" -- probably a reference to the ever-growing need to label and censor everything by our society.
That's just what I got out of it.

Warning, as far as the video is concerned focuses on this girl who wakes up one morning and realizes that time has flown by so much and just how much she has missed. So by understanding that she can never get back the time wasted, she sets out this "warning" to the world, actually, to let people know not to take ourselves too seriously, and to live. Don't ever let life pass you by. . . do what excites you and live with the purpose of being happy and taking in as much as you can. . . by learning, loving and growing and never having to say "I wish' or "what if."
