If the SA government reduces theft, how much will they lose to VAT on new (replaced) items bought?

Just occurred to me the other day...theft in SA is booming business for the ANC government!

Not only the VAT on stolen items, but the booming security industry will suffer from it...because they must do the job the police are supposed to do!
