i am presuming you get your bills through the post?

you need your user name and password to log into your account online
www.o2.co.uk

then you need to go to 'view my bill'
click on
'unbilled' - on the left hand menu
'usage'
'voice calls' - that will give you full details of calls you have made
you can do the same for texts and any other usage

that will tell you how long you have used as it will have all your calls logged for date and time - it can be up to 48 hours behind

if you call 0870 241 0202 - DO NOT key in your mobile number if you get the recording as it will give you the number to call for online accounts

they will tell you your username and - if necessary re-set your password - they don't keep a record of that password but they can re-set it for you

you will need to verify your details including your account password if you have one
hope this helps

The number is 4444
This let you know how much is left for mins and texts etc.
Hope this works for you.

Not very sure. My friend is with O2 and she checks her account online? she thinks about 24 hours behind in your usage adn has told me that you can register online at their website.
Don't know if that's any use?
