If you mean one of them is losing weight since being born, that is not unusual...especially if they were a bit premature, which most twins tend to be. The solution is just to feed them. If they are otherwise healthy, they will gain it back.

It's normal for babies to lose 5-10% of their birth weight in the hospital. As for medical advice speak with a doctor but that usually resolves itself on its own.

If you mean they are losing weight, that's normal. My boys lost about a pound each in the hospital (they were both over 10 lbs at birth).
