It seems like everytime my wife and I argue, I end up dreaming of my ex. Is this normal?? its not just one dream, it will go on for a week or two.

dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

every time u argue with your wife, it makes these feelings come that maybe u made a mistake, and should have stayed with the other girl. when problems come into a marriage, it always seems to question if we are with the right person. so when your fighting with the wife, u aren't seeing her in a very good light, but your memory goes back to the girlfriend, and your memory of her is all good. maybe u still want to be with this woman, and the fights just cause u to dream of the ex. when were not happy we do go back in time and think of all we might have missed.

That is what happens when you go to sleep with someone on your mind. That is not a good thing when you have to question it. Know that your ex is that for a reason, whatever that reason might be and the one you married, deserved to be respected in every way! So let the ex thing go and with the relationship with your wife just take it slow and one thing for sure, what your wife don't see, God knows!

I to have had dreams of my ex but I also woke up in a sweat and thanking god it was only a dream.It is normal to dream about your ex as normal as dreaming about your dad,mom or friend it is only luck that you are doing it when you have a falling out with your wife. sweet dreams!

You are going back to happy times but remember she is an ex for a reason so don't do something foolish just because things are a little rough at home.

It may be passive agressive, in your dreams your with your ex which would really hurt your wife if she knew, but she won't find out unless you tell her, so seems like a passive aggressive behavior.

no-matter what you and your wife go through you should not be thinking of your ex partner. If that is the case why did you marry her and not the ex.sort problems together and get over it

what i think is maybe you still feel something for your ex?
well..maybe you should ask yourself this question..what if your wife tells you one day that she always dreamt of her ex when you quarrel with her?whatever answer u might have will be my answer..:)

You probably think of what life what would've happened if she was here talk to your spouse and try to fight less often, she might have the same problem.
