Yeah they no doubt will. Of course there will be the spa, golf course, wide screens in every cell, party babes do intertain them, get it?? intertain. And don't forget the limos to take them on bird hunts. I just hope they build them all in Texas.

Unless lots of arteries suddenly get clogged, there will certainly be a need for private resort prisons to "serve" them, and guess whose tax dollars will help fund these spas.

If they are the lowest bidder, then sure.
Unless a Clinton is in office... then even if they AREN'T the lowest bidder, they still might get the contract.
