Megaman - There really is no question about it. Yugi Oh is fine and all, but MegaMan is a time honored hero who has stood the test of time form multiple generations.

Megaman by a landslide. Megaman is a robot who developed a conscience and fights evil where Yu-Gi-Oh is about watching someone playing a trading card game and somehow all his "random" cards are just the right ones.
