Are you looking for someone else to design your website? Or are you looking for tools to design you own? If you're looking to do it yourself, Yahoo Small Business has a full line of tools for small businesses. They offer domain registration (forgot the price but i wasn;t much), web hosting (packages starting at under $15/month), and several (free) software packages to help you design your own site.

If you are looking for someone else to design your site, I would recommend searching the web for businesses like yours and checkout their websites. Sometimes, there are notations as to what company did the website design. Good luck.
