Putting pressure on Manning. If they can put a pass rush together like they did against the Saints then it may lead to rushed throws and poor decisions. If they do not pressure him it will be a long day for the Bears. He will pick them apart. I also think the Colts know the Bears need to stop the throw, so I think they will run the ball a lot. But that doesn't worry me as much as Manning and his great wide receivers.
I am a huge Bears fan. I like Maniing a lot. He is a great quarterback. But the Bears will be able to run on the Colts and I feel Rex will have a good game.

the best bet that the bears have is if they can run the ball consistently and eat up the clock and keep peyton manning and the colts offense off the field as much as possible anyway when the colts get on the field the bears defense needs to get pressure on peyton manning and disrupt his timing also the bears might want to make the colts run a slower paced offense as the colts are more lethal with their fast paced hurry up style offense and they need to disguise their coverages well as peyton manning is good at breaking down a defense and figuring things out

I personally think the Bears are gonna try and emulate the '90 Giants strategy against the Bills. I think they need to keep the Colts running game sluggish, and clog the passing lanes. That secondary for Chicago will get some turnovers if Peyton throws enough. I think the big trick is gonna be pressure the recievers, not so much Manning. If Manning is having a hard time finding open guys He will feel just as frustrated as when he gets a pass rush. Then the turnovers will come.

The only way the bears can stop the Colts is if the colts get lost on the way to the stadium.
Colts 33 Bears 3.
Grossman will have 5 turnovers.

The Bears MUST stop Dwight Clark or hang dog face Manning will have too many options.
Stop Clark, keep the running game in check, blitz like it's 1985(key appropriate music), create turn-overs, and DO NOT turn the ball over.

Urlacher is the key, the bears D revolves around that guy, he is an excellent weapon for defending the pass and run.
If he can have an explosive enough game to distract the Manning and his offensive line, then that will create other opportunities for his teammates to get sacks and interceptions.
Manning is a little shaky and unsure of himself in playoff situations, if they can get in his head and rattle him consistantly, the bears may just win it.

Stop the run and short passes in to the gaps of the secondary. The cover 2 is sort of vulnerable to runs up the middle and the short passing game.

Pressure from the front 4 on Manning. If they can do this, it will limit the Bears need to blitz allowing them to drop into coverage.
