It's a big no.

While I'm not a fan of clog, at all, you can wear them with more casual dresses. But not with formal and semi-formal ones. No matter how dressy the shoe is, it's still a clunky style that doesn't quite match up with the elegance of a nicer dress.

Clogs are a huge no with a skirt or dress- always. That is a rule, I just made it a rule- but it is a good one!
