I need to present my arguement from a legal/case law stand point, but can find very little modern information that directly addresses this issue especially in light of civil rights legislation. Help? Just put me on the right tract.

actuallly in some countries it is legal for women to be topless...having said that I think it is just a fall back from puritanism that started long long ago and is still with us today..try looking up pruitanism...maybe it'll help...

Because women's breasts are for the reproduction process, meaning, they feed the baby and mens' breasts are (excuse the pun) utter-ly useless.

it is considered in descent exposure. and according to women politicians it is a violation of women rights and dignity.

probably because female breasts are sexual organs and aid in reproduction, whereas male breasts are essentially useless and do not contribute to reproduction.
