How can I get the screenshot of a Word file alongwith the Menu bar?

because I want to explain an issue to my friend.

Please explain the step by step procedure.

u have to :
1.push the key (print screen)located at the upper part of ur keyboard
2.open the PAINT
3.when the paint window opens u can see at the toolbars the EDIT
4.click the EDIT and you will see PASTE
5. click paste and u will have your screenshot :))
6.click on file and save it :))
PS. u can download IRFANVIEW if u cant see the PAINT on your accessories...do the same procedure

When you have the word file open and on the screen, hit "ALT" and "PRINT SCREEN" at the same time. That copies the screen shot. Then, open either paint, powerpoint or simlilar program and paste.
