There's probably no easy way to get it unblocked. The only thing you can do is use a proxy site which will allow you to look at bebo from within their site.
Go to the proxy site and then enter the site address that you actually want to go to. This will only work if the system admin hasn't also blocked the proxy sites!
Ones you could try are http://proxify.com or http://hidemyass.com

Go onto www.google.ie and type in 'unblock bebo' a link should come up probably the second or third one that tells you to ask Ryan Duffissey, click on this site it should work. If not copy and paste this -- lln.web.unblock.mcof.tripod.com/ -- into your URL.
