i'm from england, but spent a while in SA last year, and i think it's the greatest place ever....
but why would you guys give up that amazing country to come here to the cold grey place we call home, where people are so grumpy and unfriendly all the time?!

Yep, i do. More than that i worry about my family day and night, my parents live on a farm, that says it all. Thankfully i am going on holiday end of Feb for a while , get enough sun to last me for another couple of years. :)
