I've noticed a few funny women on here, but generally speaking, when I go to a party most of the women are sitting quietly, being utterly boring. I seem to be the only female who will be a bit outlandish and silly, most of the time. Why is that?

I can be quite funny if the mood is right.
I think that women in general are quite reserved and don't really want to make fools of themselves.

I know a lot of funny women. I'm one of them :-) I think that people nowadays are pretty stressed and they can't see how beautiful world is. They are so busy that they don't have time for jokes and pranks. I believe that it's not only the problem of women. Sometimes everybody is a little bit fed up, nobody can be in a good mood everyday.
A lot of people can't make jokes about themselves and it's a great lost. I love making jokes about myself - it's the best way to make other people laugh.

I, for one, do not like the party scene. I did it for a few years in my early twenties but now that I'm 28 and married, I have no interest in going someplace where all people do is drink, smoke and make fake conversation. It's just not how I roll.
So when you see these women at parties and they look miserable, they probably don't want to be there - it's not how they like to spend an evening.

with ya, babes! I always seam to be the life of the party, cause I have a good sense of humor, but so many women seam to lack the ability to be witty or outlandish. Oh, well, leaves more of the men for us! And dont you know those wallflowers are talkin about us in the ladies room, but secretly wishing they could be like us? lol

I don't know why it is but you are right!!I love to laugh and make others laugh!!We should go out and show all the boring as bat **** girls how to live a little!!Life is too short to be a wallflower.:)

Depending on their age, most women were taught to be quiet and reserved. Forget that, if there is a party, I am the life of it!!

I personally find that women have a better sense of humour than most men, I think they find it easier to laugh at themselves.Why are you so harsh on your own sex?

They could just be shy.......or have a bug up their azz. lol That's how I am at parties, I just hang around but not talk to anyone because I'm shy. But people who really know me say I'm hilarious.....lol
