It is the pyramid in front of the Louvre Museum.It was built by one of the renowned artists,Ieoh Ming Pei.I.M.Pei has also built many other structures such as the John Hancock Tower in Boston,The East Building of National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C.,Mile High Center in Denver,Colorado;Museum of Syracuse,New York which was actually four buildings joined by bridges.
