You can call a paintless dent removal service listed in most areas in the yellow pages under Dent Removal ( i.e. Dent Doctor). $50 or so but, good as new when done.

There are a couple of different king of dent pullers made for auto body work.
Any Autozone should carry them. If it's a wide shallow dent a vaccum suction cup dent puller should do the trick.
But is that doesn't work there is one where you drill a small hole and insert the dent puller to pull it out.

If it is a new dent, you can use a household toilet plunger to pull it out so long as it does not have a crease in it, and you can get a suction. Some cooking oil around the lip of the plunger can help you get a good seal, but make sure you do not pull the thing over on top of yourself.

You can get dent pullers for autos, maybe that would work, if the surface is flat, it works on suction.
