last week, i met a guy in a bar. he asked for my cell number. I am sure that he likes me much.
On the next day, he sent me sms to ask me go out for a drink with him. But i couldnt go since i was busy and I suggested for another date. he said he would let me know about it.
the day after, he also sent me sms "how are you"
i am thinking of going out with him next week. what should i do
- send him sms
- call him
- wait for his invitation

If you *want* to go out with him, invite him yourself, either by calling him or by sending him an SMS, and that's that.

Well I'm not sure what SMS is (maybe text messaging?) anyway in my experience with guys I've met at bars/clubs/parties in the past any guy who calls the same day or next day will turn out to be TOTALLY desperate and clingy. Call him if you want to go out to dinner just be aware that he might be the needy type.

I think texting is a start with this NEW guy. Dont go out with someone just cause they say they like you. Get to know this person first. Make sure you do it in a public place. The bar scene is old. text him and ask him if he would like to go out for coffee or something to eat. Dont go have a drink with him. Do this meet totally without alcohol. Cause you never know where the drinking might lead you to go. Just being cautious here, and so should you,

since you guys seem to be doing the sms thing.....why not send him a sms asking him if he's free for that drink you talked about.....

i think you should send him a sms saying something like " about your previous sms....sorry i couldnt go out with you that time...i hope that there will be another chance to go with you to the ( location/spot). Are you considering it?????

How about a call that says "Hey, can I take you up on that drink invitation next week?"
I am not big on the whole texting thing - I believe in a good old fashion call.

Wait for him to ask. He seems to really be into you or he wouldn't have texted you in the first place. Let him know you aren't just blowing him off though because too many "no's" may result in him thinking you don't like him at all.
