I'm forever being asked if I want one, from some angry looking skinhead geezers. I always politely decline because I have never tried one and wouldn't want to upset them or anything.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to make one so the next time I am asked, I know what I am tucking into.
Is it anything to do with hospital food? Because they keep asking me if I like that too.

Ha ha, stay well away from knuckle sandwiches, they taste fatty and are full of grissel, you'd be much better off with the hospital food than the knuckle sandwich.
