I'm guessing this girl means that she's taking her prenatals.
If you're a month pregnant now, you'll be 4 months in April. There's really no way to tell if you'll even be showing. Some women do, some don't. Just buy a dress that's empire waisted and do what you normally would.
Now my real question is: When DO you intend to tell them? Do you think that you can just have the baby 5 months later and claim that you got pregnant on your honeymoon and the baby is 4 months early and full term??

If you are intending on being married in April.. then tell your parents now. Trust me .. it is weird how mothers and grandmothers know you are before you tell them anyway. But that is beside the point. Just think about how angry and hurt everyone will be when you have a baby before you are married 9 months.. it will break a trust barrier. Yes it will be hard and difficult, but they will get over it and things will work out. Stressing over this can hurt you and the baby.. By the time April hits you will be showing and people will notice. I wish you the best of luck in this situation.

You shouldn't need to hide your belly, because you won't start showing til about 4-5 months. also you should only be taking what your doctor says and usually it is your prenatals. So you shouldn't need to hide that either because you only have to take it once a day. What would be hard to hide is the fact of being sick and tired. Hope you don't have alot of that. All women are different. Good luck and wish you the best. Also, once your married your family is going to know you were already pregnant before you got married.

What medication? Don't take anything at all without speaking to your doctor. Eat well and take care of yourself and the baby should stay healthy. Most first pregancies don't really begin to show until 5 months so you should be OK. Wear the right outfit and nobody need know at least for a few weeks after.

I was almost 7 months pregnant with my first when my husband and I got married. Although my family knew I was pregnant it was almost impossible for someone who didn't know to tell I was pregnant. To avoid the mess you are speaking of just wear bigger baggier clothes until you are ready to tell.(It is probably gonna be way after April before you start showing anyway)

It's a shame your family is that narrow minded to not want to know about your child because of their preconceived stupid notions of how and when a baby should be conceived.
It's their loss.
