I have been with Tiscali since 2001, and last Wednesday requested a MAC Code because I want to leave their pitiful service. I cannot get a reliable broadband connection, and the technical support are hopeless. To date, I have still not received my MAC. What are my rights as a consumer. I do not even owe themany money as I am not in a contract. .

Your MAC is not something you request from your ISP, its embedded into your ethernet card. If you are running MS Windows, goto a command prompt and type in 'ipconfig /all' without the quotes, and look for a line that says MAC address.... it will be a group of numbers and letters.
