Hello Discouraged Soul :)
Here is my advice. First, here is a big HUGGGGGG because I think you need it. Next, schedule an eye exam. All that studying surely has taken a toll on your vision. Perhaps that is why you are having headaches? Remember that everyone has a difficult time with exams in school.. you are NOT alone. Try some stress relievers - snow tubing, skiiing, physical exercise, reading, or a hot bath. If all else fails, I used to work out until I literally dropped with exhaustion! That will DEFINATELY buy you a good night's sleep.
Try these and your attitude about your life and others will improve. Try to make new friends, smile.. show interest in others (not only yourself or your troubles)... and convey caring and concern. If you do those simple things you'll have more friends to hang out with.
As far as God being your only trustful friend? Yep. And that won't change even when you're not stressed, even when you are well, and even when your social calandar is full. Keep him your BEST friend... no matter what :)
Good Luck, Honey. You'll be okay... that's a promise!

I am happy to hear that you trust God and that he is your friend. You should start out by praying and going to church. You can find friends there.
As far as your life goes, everyone reaches points in their lives where they are frustrated and don't like their lives very much but only you can change it. After this class period maybe you should cut back on the number of classes you are taking. As hard as it is to put off education and stretch it out. It would be better to lighten your class load and maybe take only one or two difficult classes and a couple of fluff classes. That way it will be less stress and strain on you. If something is too hard on you then you need to lighten up the load and try to make things a bit easier.
Take time out to enjoy things a bit. Go to a park and watch the children play, go to a movie and eat a big bucket of popcorn or take a nice hot bath and relax, but whatever you do, don't let it get to you. If you are felling too down then allow yourself 1 or 2 days to feel sorry for yourself and have a field day. Cry and fell sorry for yourself for the entire 2 days. But at the end of the 2 days, get ahold of yourself and pull yourself together and tell yourself that was it. No more feeling sorry for myself. Now I have to get my act together and get the job done.
Good Luck and I will keep you in my prayers.

you have to "truely" like yourself and be completely comfortable in your own skin and your own company.
you have to "let it go" (the opinions of others and society as a whole) and realize that "this is me - this "is" who I am and life is way too short so get used to it" don't go your whole life concerned about what the world thinks of you - you are but a grain of salt in the grand scheme of things - come 5pm or 5mins later people aren't going to remember you shopped in the same store as they did that day - or what you wore. let loose. focus your energy towards the future and not what you did 3hours ago that will never come back and the faces will be a blur - you if you worried about how you looked - honey - no matter how good you looked - your just another a face in the croud.

Well, you already have the best friend in the world! A lot of us, including myself, have had to get through those rough times in life. Just remember, that this too shall pass. There will be periods like this throughout your entire life, but there will also be vast rays of sunlight to help you make it through. Keep in mind that in order to appreciate the sunshine in life, we must make it through the rain. Hang in there. Everything will work out in time.
