You can go to Microsoft official web site & type for the file to Download. Or you can search for it using Yahoo / Google search. Or if you have a source, you can Loan / copy it from the source computer
I would recommend you first download Windows Live Onecare to beat your Virus problem. You can dowload it from windows Update.
