recently on request I spanked my boy friend on the anus with my slipper which is flexible leather and US size 6 (not severe) and he bled from there could there be something more wrong such as some bowel complaint

As I stated in a previous answer to you, it's highly unlikely that spanking your boyfriend like that would cause any serious injury. The inner walls of a person's anal cavity are extremely thin and fragile, though, and can bleed through careless anal play or even by hard stool. Unless the bleeding persists, though, seeing a doctor would likely be needless. You don't want to have to explain what happened unless you're fairly certain that there's a problem.
