Favorite Ramone? And why?
Joey, Dee Dee, Tommy, Marky, Johnny, Ritchie, C.J., (and the short lived) Elvis (was a sub drummer on a few gigs in the early 80's on loan from Blondie).
Mine was Dee Dee. We wrote most of the songs and had a great sense of humor. I always thought he was the real image of the band. And for me, the Ramones were never the same after he left the band. They were always missing that Dee Dee "edge".

I would say Johnny because of the way he played his guitar...not the most talented guitarist by any means but he had an unique style that changed how music was done! Joey was a great front man & I do agree with you about Dee Dee....he was a good writer & bass player!!

johnny ramone. he was just the best in interviews and things. and plus the movie "the wicker man" was made for him. it says at the begging of the end credits "for johnny ramone"
