You have to have two separate heater hoses for any system to work at all. The heater core supply hose usually comes off the right rear of the intake and the core return goes to either the right side of the rad or the top of the water pump. The return is the bigger hose, 3/4 as opposed to the inlet being 5/8. For sure you have to have these before continuing. These temp. door and actuators can be accessed through taking the complete glove box assembly out. Once inside there the door or the linkage for the door and the actuator or cable will be visible on top of the heater box. You will have to decide what is broken or stuck from further diagnosis. Good luck.
