I HAve ... and now i feel so bad

Don't feel bad.
I'm sure your promise was made in good faith at the time you made it.
What usually causes a broken promise is that there is a change in circumstance between the time you make it and the time due to deliver.Its an altered circumstance over which a) You could not have foreseen and b) You have no control .
If that's what happened to you then its not your fault and I'm sure the person to whom you made the promise will understand because the same will have happened to them

i did break a promise and Yes i do feel terrible but like the others say we all human and are not perfect, we can work on our flaws and become better people, and screw the guy who sed bout the muslims, a lie is a sin no matter what.

yeah I promised my mom not to touch my friend's dog but i did and luckily she did not know and now I feel so bad but i want to play with the dog again.
