I think it depends on where you work. Some jobs, those in the creative fields, attract more gay men. Then again, if you're dressed a certain way, it may happen. Anyway, it happened to me a few times. I'd just take it as a compilment. No big whoop!

Take it as a complement. When anyone makes a pass at you, they are telling you that they find you attractive. Smile, thank them, then polietly let them know you are straight.
Don't get upset or offended. After all, it's not like we walk around with our sexual orientation stamped on our foreheads for all the world to see. People have no way of knowing what your preference is beforehand.
