A good knife will have a tempered steel blade which extends completely through the handle. Keep it sharp. A dull knife is useless and dangerous.....

i think very little, knives haven't changed that much over the years a knife is a knife and thats all it is

I think they could have more colorful, less agressive looking handles, they look so mean and cold...I wish they would make one that wouldn't cut my fingers!!!!
