hey, you need to eat food that has a high GI (glycemic index), that way you can consume more cals without feeling as stuffed. im sure you already know to increase your carb and fat intake. dont fill up on foods with a high water content, like fruit and veg, and dont drink too much with your dinner, as this gives you that false sense of being full. I also reccomend that you do weights. join your local gym and they will show you how to use them proper. if you do this, then the extra weight that you put on wont become fat, but will help you build muscle and bulk.
In short, i know you know this, but it is as simple as eating more, but you really have to stuff yourself to start yourself off.
hope this helps!!
p.s. body bulider drinks and powders are a load of crap. dont waste your money. they are as effective as weight loss products. Remember, there is no miracle answer!!

Eat Applebee's Three Cheese Chicken Pennie ,Fry Chicken Salad with lots of honey mustard sauce and a Blondie once a week. Soooooo delicious but u will gain a lot of weight. Trust me. I was 130 and I gained 30 more pounds eating those three. I'm currently 140 at 5'8. That's a better weight for me.

Eat at McDonald's- LOL... I was on their website the other day and you would be shocked at how many calories are in their food!!
To gain weight and be healthy? I have never had this problem but I do know a little. Eat foods high in protien, eggs, meat. Potatoes and rice should do it!.... drink milk, just eat, it will happen.

Eat the diet most women would LOVE to eat but won't... high fat foods, foods with low volume and high calories, processed foods, etc. Concentrate the bulk of your calorie intake after 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. Supplement your diet with high calorie snacks.

Maybe you need to eat more. Seems obvious but maybe eat more bread and butter and also go to the chemist and ask for some Complan that might work

consume greater, workout much less is the time-honored rule. yet heavily do no longer earnings it the incorrect way via like a lot of quickly nutrition, and many icky ingredients intense in ldl cholesterol and terrible stuff which will in basic terms make you sick. ingredients intense in fat yet are healthful like peanut butter and oils and stuff and pasta and beef that could help...consume nutrition intense in energy yet do no longer flow overboard. you do no longer want to get obese. ;) Lol xxxxx
