it's probably the government that blocked the site I don't know where are you from but you may have a proxy that bypass the restrictions use this site it is a free proxy

Its not blocked through your DSL company because it is illegal they restrict any access that you are paying for. It is probably your daddy that blocked in, ask him to stop cock blocking you..
