Try eating suppliments like creatin or weight gai with normal meals. Tuna and pasta are a good source of weighgain and eaten correctly, you will see the weight pile o.
Breakfast - Large bowl or porridge, weetabix, eggs and toast
Lunch - Bowl of tuna past, loads of fruits, vegetable and supplement shake
Dinner - Try eating steak ( very large) or half chicken with loads of rice and potatoes and milkshake supplement..
Try snacking in between meals and what you can do is turn this mass energy into muscle by going down the gym

I was like you two years ago...then i became to ill to work so my exercise regime slowed down.
I gave up smoking and in turn started to eat more 'munchies',
combining the slow down in my activities and the munching of the bad food led me to gain weight.
I don't suggest you become ill or give up work but try stopping smoking and start eating trash...just before going to bed is best as your body wont burn off the excess calories, And finally, sit on your backside more often and for longer periods.
