I prefer masseurs because they tend to have bigger hands and are able to apply more pressure than most masseuses. I'm also more comfortable with men.

While a professional massage is non sexual, guests sometimes do express a preference. More sophisticated massage goers realize that the most important thing is to have a good massage therapist who is well trained in a number of massage modalities. However, in the real world. The majority of guests male and female express (when given a choice) a preference for a female service providers. The straight man express a preference for a female because they do not want a man touching their body. Women with body issues may request a female because they feel more comfortable. Hopefully, as massage becomes more main stream, the sex of the person doing the massage will be secondary to their training and expertise.

Most massages will set you back at least 50-60 bucks an hour or more I look at it as a value thing while I would prefer a woman i would rather have whomever can give the best massage. Which is not necissarily a matter of strength but body mechanics. The first and best massage ive ever had was from a 70 lb. Korean woman whom was about the same age. But she had a good understanding of body mechanics

For most people, a professional massage is not at all sexual, it's like going to a male chiropractor. Men just give a better deeper massage. I'm sure there are probably some female massage therapists that can give a strong, deep massage too, but your just more likely to get that from a man.

Men have more strength in their hands and can provide more pressure during the massage than women - I am gay so I would love a big muscle guy to give me a massage!

A massage is not a sexual act. I don't care who gives me a massage as long as they have skills. I'm gay an my current personal massage therapist is a blind woman. Because she is blind her hands are her eyes. Her hands are very in tune with how the massage is going and she uses the sense of touch to respond to what I need done.

I had a massage once in the Spas at Berkeley Springs. It was done by a man, and he was good at what he did. Not sexual at all, but it felt really good.

I'm a lesbian and as long as they aren't getting any sexual arousal from it I love getting massages from anyone male or female.
