What does it mean if there is
"cartier sidi Youssef" in the adress?
This person (a girl) still lives with her family so why is this Youssef mentioned in her adress? Is it normal to mention the guy you are "committed" to in your adress in Morocco?

since I m Moroccan the answer is easy
Cartier should be quartier it means street and sidi youssef is one name..it's like many streets here called street Mohamed 5..called after a king or a personality.
so like if it was in Britain that wud be (street Sir. Youssef)

It should be "quartier Sidi Youssef", the spelling "cartier" is a typo.
Quartier is French for neighborhood.
It's quite common for Moroccan addresses to include the neighborhood where you live.

Cartier (sic for Quartier) is French for neighborhood or Quarter. And no, it is not normal to mention the guy you're committed to in the address in Morocco.
