Like when it's freezing out why can you see your breath when you breathe.

Your breath is full of vapour at a warm temperature about 98.6 degrees. When your breath comes in contact with cold air the heat rapidly dissipates and the water vapour condenses. Just like jet airplane trails in the sky.

And, you are dehydrating. You see the moisture go out, right? Do you quickly inhale it back in? Nope. So, the moisture is gone from your bod. And you are drying out. People think of dehydration as a medical problem in hot weather, but it is a sneaky problem in cold dry weather, like winter and when it is very cold out (goes with low humidity). Get a headache on a cold winter day, try drinking a glass of water. Might be surprised.
