Vibrating clutch in a stick shift...?

Just today i've felt like a vibrating/pulsing on the clutch pedal when it between fully down and fully up. When fully down nothing but as i lift....i have an 1996 audi a6 2.5tdi quattro.

just to add i feel teh vibration on the pedal not the engine....

its the throw out bearing going bad.your gonna need a new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing you should do them all while its apart.

Sounds like some oil has gotten on the clutch lining or a piece of the lining has broken off or some of the springs in the pressure plate has weakened
