Well that answer is simple everyone is different. ppl grow up in different backgrounds,different families and are generally tought different things as well towards behavior and they way they should act. Others don't like being in the spotlight so they tend to stay hidden from the world. Not everyone wants to live life center stage among strangers. Were talking about diversity here. Everyone is not created equalin the field of behavior.

well, i will answer seriously don't worry...
look, this difference can be related to the education at home, or at school or outside, i mean, the envirement when the child lives do influence the personality...
however, when i compare my self with my brothers, i discover that we are all different,even if we was educated the same way(more or less), at the same house, so, the nature or the genetic facts are also involved ......that's why we find many twins who are different in personality and caracter, one of them can be funny and outgoing, and the other could be shie and very quite....

Everybody is different.We are all from different family, background, culture and ethnic.We are all have different genes and names. We all have different colours and to spice it up, moods. Some people are life wire if you know what I mean while some are what you describe above . The olny thing that matters is that you respect people for who they are.

Biology (genetics) and probably the way they were raised as children. I would say in the case of shyness though, biology is the major factor.

been trying to figure that one out for years,part of it has to with your home life and the other part genetics
to those that are outgoing involve us shy people, talk to us, most of us are deep thinkers and are very loyal friends we just are quiet, we are hard to get to know, work with us

I think it comes from a lack of confidence if it is really serious, if not some are just more quiet than others...me...not so quiet!!! (no so confident either)...so I just disproved my answer...
