Can you explain what the boy did that was mean?
Boy's are always going to be mean. Sometimes they act that way because they like you, and don't know how to tell you their real feelings.

Because he fancy's you probably. Ask him out on a date and if he accepts he will be nice to you. If he doesn't he will embarrassed and he will stop being mean to you.
